At ForexStore77, we have thoroughly tested the products to ensure that they function properly before release. However, we understand that sometimes there might be issues. Our refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we will provide refunds, which will be processed via PayPal within 7 days.

Technical Defects. We offer a full cost refund if the product has a technical defect. A technical defect is defined as follows:

  • The product (expert advisor, indicator, script, or utility) cannot be attached to the trading chart. This applies to products without a note on using DLL. For products noted to use DLL, ensure to follow the accompanying installation instructions correctly. If issues persist even after contacting us for installation support and the error is confirmed, the technical defect clause will be considered valid.

  • You are asked to enter a license key or activation key after following the installation instructions correctly, and not taking any trades after waiting for several days.

  • Other defects that are confirmed to be product errors upon our examination.

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • You do not like the product.

  • A product does not have the desired or described performance.

  • An indicator is lagging or repainting (even if the manufacturer’s product description provides different information).

  • You purchased the wrong product.

  • You do not achieve the desired profit using the product.

  • You have not contacted us first regarding the issue using the available contact options. Refund requests made without prior communication will be automatically rejected.

Refund or Exchange Process: If you wish to request a refund or exchange your product, please follow the process below:

  • Write us an email at maduratna.comp.ind@gmail.com or contact us on Telegram at https://t.me/superprofits77 describing the issue.

  • Please include screenshots describing the problem and/or your terminal’s log files.

  • Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

  • If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed via PayPal within 7 days.

  • If you prefer an exchange, you may choose another product of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged product is of lesser value, no additional refund will be provided for the price difference.

Please ensure to follow this process for a smooth refund or exchange experience. If you attempt to apply for buyer protection or reverse other transactions without first contacting us, we reserve the right to sanction your account or close it entirely.
